Troy Saharic, Founding Partner

Troy is a founding partner at Pendlebury Hall Advisors. He is a senior executive in the asset management and investment advisory industry with a 25 year plus track record of success in enterprise strategy, client acquisition, performance execution, and long-term value creation.

Prior to founding Pendlebury Hall, Troy was with Mercer Investments and NEPC in leadership and senior roles helping to establish these companies as market leaders for discretionary (OCIO) and advisory services. He has personally advised some of the largest institutional investors in the US and around the globe and has extensive placement experience with investment management firms.

Troy has a BS in Business Administration, and Finance from the University of Rhode Island. He and his family currently reside in Seattle, WA.

Kyle Madison, Director

Kyle had over 17 years of experience advising institutional investors, RIAs, and family offices across public and private markets investment strategies. Kyle coheads Pendlebury Hall Advisors’ growing Secondary Advisory Services practice. He has extensive experience in partnering with institutional and private wealth clients to assist with strategic asset transitions.

Allie Saharic, Marketing Coordinator

Allie joined Pendlebury Hall Advisors in 2025 after earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Loyola Marymount University. As Marketing Coordinator, she leads targeted email campaigns, crafts branded, messaging, and manages outreach. Her work is focused on driving lead generation and expanding awareness of Pendlebury Hall Advisors across key segments.
